Alida Hanson is the librarian at Weston High School. She received a certificate in Digital Literacy from the University of Rhode Island in 2018, and her MS from the Simmons School of Library Science in 2012. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1986 with a degree in Studio Art, and had a ten year career in book publishing in NYC working with booksellers, librarians, illustrators and authors. She raised her daughters full time for 13 years in between publishing and librarianing.
